as the hot bath felt good

how do you describe
death as it approaches
all under the influence

the taking of pills
both were full bottles
Vicodin is so handy

but i didnt know Percocet
then is sleeping pills
i dont know Diazepam

 

the both i felt
it cause the room
to become gray

as the clouds were leaking
into the room faces were
that of my dad was a blur

the fading row of lights
as i was rolled down
the corridor of ER

under the influence
under my own hand
i had expected the end

i now have new therapy
the writing which relieves
the stresses that i feel
