Babylon

A short poem I wrote based on the story: "By the Waters of Babylon" by Stephen Vincent Ben�t.

The place forbidden,
is where I long to go.

I wander through the forest,
looking for signs to show...

that I can now gain knowledge
of the great and fallen past.

I will build the future,
if I make it out at last.
