And now in your silences

You are the water

embracing all of me

the serenity in the ripples

the wild waves of you

I lived in the loving of your words

and now in your silences

as the One came to me again

Love came

so overwhelming

telling me “Don’t fear this loving”

“Don’t fear the wanting”

wanting you never meant selfishness

we were given to each other

how else could we explain this in human words?        

only you are willing to listen to my silences

and there is nothing stronger than silence

than stillness

and the music in between

where there is renewal in the quiet expanses

you are the water

embracing all of me.
