I was just reading about a word that perfectly describes your first lines Craig... Sonder- to realise that everyone you meet and see is the centre of their own universe, just as we think of ourselves being the centre of our own universe.
It certainly helps to empathise with others, that you are a visitor to their world when you meet, just as they are to us in ours.
Perhaps it would be a less lonely universe if our worlds met more and understood their viewpoints aren't necessarily our own and we are but bit part players in their universe.
Hope you are well my friend.

We do reflect and consider time wasted as we age. It’s uncomfortable but by doing so it might just mean we make the very most of what time we have left. Sometimes I wish I still saw the world through the eyes of a child. It was so hopeful, so full of opportunity. A thoughtful and poignant write Craig. Thank you for sharing.

"There are only four questions of value in life...
What is sacred?
Of what is the spirit made?
What is worth living for..
and what is worth dying for?
The answer to each is the same:
