A Poem by Tenten

Decoration, meaning, beauty, addictive

Flesh canvas marred in needle prick dye

Faces, names, numbers, flowers, days

Demons, twirls and swirls, the moon

Turned human art by steady hand

Crawling creeping slow consumption

Of willing warm skin

Of a limb a slab a cut of humanness

Turn to art, living work

That moves the world to amazed tears
