I'm a woman

I'm a woman

A Poem by Tenten

Point out the fact that I am a woman

Remind me that someone bit the apple first

Offer evidence in the form of

                Bonnets, footie’s, and diaper bags

Lets not let it slip I need an amendment to vote

And if you’re like me and walk that line

                One to get married

Oh don’t forget I can bleed for a week and survive

The daily chore of going about my tasks

There is also that shoving something the size of football

Out of a whole much smaller

So with all of this why am I still the weak one?

Why do I need to be protected?

Oh right let me guess that answer…

                I am a woman.
