Of sorrow, pleasure, anger

Of tears, kisses, punches

Inspiration born of unending

Clock counted seconds

Of Minutes Days Months

Inspiration is not inspiration

Just thought

Moments documented in

Hopes of remembering purging

Turbulent emotions from

A writer’s soul mind heart

Breaking within a cage

Of enclosing living bones
