mocker of innocence

mocker of innocence

A Poem by Tenten

A mockery of childhood innocence

In posed panda bears and stuffed dolls

Curled into winters sheets

Smiling as they rest on used pillows

They state a frightening welcome

To strangers eyes, add to the

Neurotic perception of a young woman

Clinging to free smile time
