Trickster Love

Trickster Love

A Poem by Tenten

Love me he begs

Falling to his knees

Tears in his eyes

Presenting a ring

Love me he screams

I’ll never leave, just love me

Slipping on a band of molten earth

His arms slip around

Taking us to heaven

The world moves forward

As we fall, hands unlinked

With a smile he twirls around

Silly girl I’m a ticker lover

Charming till your heart, that heat

Belongs to me and fading away

I’m a trickster thief little girl

How silly you are to forgive me
