Stitching You

Stitching You

A Poem by Tenten
"

a Sally Stitches inspired piece

"

Allow me the pleasure

Of stitching together

You.

The broken heart

Shredded outer shell

Collapsing veins

Breaking paper bones

Cut up fingertips

Those ripped off lips

Take the needle of my own words

Thread of my own hair

The glue of my blood

Piece together flesh and lips

Hearts and finger tips

Bones to bathe in veins

Allow me the pleasure

Of stitching together

You.

With pieces of me
