Smile for You

 

I got a smile for you

Stashed somewhere in my pockets

Or the paint stained hoodies

In between CD stacks

And the papers floating in my bag

I got a smile for you

Its hard too find and easily forgotten

But then up pops a message

And it fallouts quite easily

So here’s my smile

It’s a bit awkward and not quite right

But the best I can muster

On new moon nights
