cemetery sittings

A Poem by Tenten

Saying my hello’s

And my goodbyes

In cemetery sittings

Greeting the dead

With apologetic replies

Moving the trash from abandoned stones

Dusting off the winter covered tombs

Feeling the wind

As she brings life

Kissing Death’s eyes closed
