A Poem by Tenten

At the funeral I was so angry

It was a sick and twisted moment

I told Death not another kiss

So she wrote a free fall pass and said “If you want to leave”

No tears for myself

A woman I can barely remember, she’s the gone

But they held tears, those people I care for

A crude mockery of a twinkle in their eyes

I stood, mad at Death

She created their pain, that sorrow

But the woman in the ground said ‘Juan llevate me’

So my anger at death says I’m in pain

Lost another family creator today,

Wasn’t ready for the internal drops of rain
