Green Sleep

Green Sleep

A Poem by Tenten

Back to my own bed

I hate sleeping alone

But hit the bowl hard enough

In morning hours

To have a haze of life content

Wishing he was by my side

Or I had their arms wrapped around me

Can I have another inhale?

The worlds going to clear up

I’ll realize the beds empty

Have I mentioned, hate sleeping alone

I think we can all relate to this. Wanting a break from reality. Some with the herbal, some with the sipirits, some with fantasy. But as we partake in these excapes, we eventually come crashing down to realize that nothing has changed, except we had a few moments to forget it all, a few moments of peace. Very nice!

It's these short pieces you do that get me.
It must be the content of what your writing.
This is like if you don't know whats being said then you won't like it because you don't understand it.
Did that come out right?
Nice way to express dulling the lonliness.
