Questions of My Heart

Questions of My Heart

A Poem by Tenten

You’re asking about my love

Cause it’s easy by my voice

To tell I’m twisted

by a boy,

That you understand, there is no lust

by a girl

That you know is my view of perfection

You add your teasing

We both know I can still blush

The rouge of French night life dancers

But you’re making sure

Where have these hands been?

What of these lips, virgin mouth?

The knight to keep my innocence

You’re making sure

Because my voice says I’m twisted

By a girl, fallin’ for a boy

But you’re securing my innocence

One of us has to escape

A little unchanged
