A moment of you

a nostalgic moment i had last night going back to my dorm

 

Last night it felt like you where with me

Smoking by my side

The scent was stronger

The taste was sweeter

Water floated in the air

Ink stains filled my eyes

For a moment it was ‘us’

Eternity in writers mind

I let it go as reality filled my sight

I've lived this moment before! Your imagery was wonderful as it remembered a moment in time.

"Eternity in a writers mind" had to be my favorite line. It made this piece even more relatable!
