Our reprieve

Our reprieve

A Poem by Tenten

This place is our reprieve

Not just the smoking

Not just the coffee and munchies

But this room that pulls us in

Its the safety from this town

Those eyes that dont know anymore

Than we the average children

But will look on judging

Regardless of our accomplishments

Focused on our failures

Its where weve come to nurse our wounds

Figure out our tears

Wash away the sadness

Of unforgettable blurred dreams

This place is our breath of reprieve
