GoneA Poem by Tenten
Mother, this woman who bore me
Brother, that man I knew momentarily
I'm leaving now
It'll be a whisper
Then you're eyes will notice
The shadow form
Is gone from sight
I've been invisible to you
For far too long
These days
Without my anger, my hatred
The pain seems to linger
Outside of the distractions
Known as music and word
So I'm leaving now
Through my window
You'll not notice my departure
Small gifts
Mother, Brother I'm gone
And you move on
Easier than these eyes
