Sibling MomentsA Poem by Tentenwritting about my dear little brother, though he drives me nuts
he's content at times
to sit on a broken couch
eat the last slice of cheese
watch my fingers move across old keyboards
watching music videos
and talking nonsense
or asking about the truth
behind God, Gaia, Allah and Buddha
for that age of seven
he's surprising
in the simple moments it takes
to coax a smile from his heart
he's content at times
to sit here next to me
for the simple knowledge of
not being lonely
and it surprises me
that how could I be this lucky
at times like this
