Stripping the Naked

Stripping the Naked

A Poem by jane maria
"

The cruel play of Misfortune

"

Misfortune!

That cunning girl!

loves to play a -

turnado on the

desolate streets.

I ask her " why

Coming here "

You vile woman!

Why to such a

Worn out place?

To uproot the

Leftover grass or -

The unused soils?

To freak out the

Little grown bugs

Or the dried out leaf?

Go now. Away To the -

Rich Street. Where life

is Celebrated.

But you won’t. I Know.

What’s more fun than

Stripping the Naked.
