What is Emotion?

what is this feeling?

why is it here?

my head is screaming!

my pulse is quickening!

anxiety

how do i define it?

anger?

how do i calm it?

why does this feeling come so much?

what controls it?

so many questions i can not 

find the answers to!

feeling such a funny thing

maybe some day ill know

what these sentiments are

but for now ill just ponder and question

as i try and figure this strange world out.
