How do I know you like me?

How do I know you care?

How do I know you're not lying?

Is it all in your stare?

I feel all alone

No one's here

Can't trust anyone

My feelings I dare not share

 

How do I know

You're telling me the truth

And not doing me wrong

And just using me so you can get some

 

I feel numb

And I can't trust anyone

No one makes sense any more

I'm stuck in a confused dazed world

 

I wish I could trust someone

And confide in them my fears

I wish I could show someone

My feelings and my tears.
