“Well, I’m sorry, Vulpis, but I was having a really bad day, the day I named you.”

“I know, Aesop. But, couldn’t you change it now? To something more, you know, normal?”

“No. I like Vulpis.”

“It sounds like a disease.”

“It sounds cool.”

“What about Joe? Or Benjamin, or Kyle-”

“No. None of those are fun.”

“I don’t care if they’re fun. I care that they don’t sound like the noise someone makes when they sneeze.”

“Ha, ha. Stop stalling already. It’s your turn, play your card.”

“Fine. How about… nine of diamonds?”

“Yikes, that was a bad move. You lost all of your cards for that one!”

“This is stupid!”
