Last Kiss Till Boston

Last Kiss Till Boston

A Poem by Marie Harrison
"

A love poem of passion.

"

Last Kiss Till Boston

Love drips from my lips like the hot butter

Dropping from the fresh chunks of Maine lobster,

That we caught yesterday morning.

With your arms hugging my hips,

Food is the last thing on my mind come dinner time,

Looking out at the harbor from the lighthouse view

At sunset.

What a way to end our trip,

Before we head back to Boston,

Your velvet lips locked sweetly into mine,

For the last time.

Digging it. But the last line. Everything was so sensual and then you say for the last time. Is it over or did you mean during the trip? If it's the last time ever then the complexion of this piece turned very bittersweet. Tell me it's not over!
