Venerate your youth;

Enjoy the fullness of life,

Live in the moment!

The death of my dog made this more clear to me. I'm living in the moment more now than I was before.

great message here...it's such a modern day thing to either live in the past or future, and to actually be fully present in each moment is really hard. But looking at buddhism and mindfulness, it seems to be what they say leads to "real" happiness and fulfilment.....try a walking meditation sometime....it;s challenging, but can make a difference...great write..:)
