Grace

Grace

A Poem by Marie Harrison

A forgiving poem.

Grace

Having grace

Doesn’t the past erase

A lonely tear dripping down upon the antique lace

Another wrinkle drawn on her face

But giving grace doesn’t make you crazed

No giving grace gives life more taste.

Love the sentiment here....and it's true...grace and gratitude are the short cuts to happiness in this world I feel.....I just wish I was more motivated to tune into them....lol!
Thanks for sharing.....love the final line here too....".......gives life more taste"
