My Father's An Old FartA Story by Marie HarrisonA short story about a grumpy man.
My Father’s An Old Fart My Father is almost 70 now; his time on this planet is winding down. I’d like for my last few memories of him to be good ones. But that was shot to hell this week. My time with him is limited. He asks me why I’ve been so quiet this year? “Why don’t you call more often?” Yet, one thing he said to me last time he was here was something I can’t get out of my mind. He said, “Whatever you don’t break, you s**t on.” That makes me never want to ever talk to him or see him ever again. © 2010 Marie HarrisonAuthor's Note
