Peaceful Christmas

Peaceful Christmas

A Poem by Marie Harrison
"

Peaceful actions of the seasons stir

"

Peaceful Christmas

Candlelight flickers

With shadows on the wall

Guitar strums

Pierce the air

Kitten slinks across

The room with tinsel

In her mouth

While Christmas unwraps

The night away
