Last Day

i have no clue how to explain this...

Broken I fall

Fall to the ground

Broken wings

So many lies

Awaiting the end

I do not fear death

I welcome it to come

Although I know it never will

The pain is unbearable

The lies burrowing deeper and deeper

Trying to break me down

The lies won

I can no longer move

Bound in so many lies

Broken I lay

Waiting for my last day

I think this is a raw interpretation of how you feel or felt at the time. It's pretty sad but not all poems are happy-go-lucky. You capture some intriguing metaphors equating to an angel or butterfly; something delicate yet easily fragmented. Yes, lies, deceit and the overall angst of life can take its toll on you but also makes you grow stronger. I would consider changing one word: "borrowing" to "burrowing". Other than that, I like it.
