We all love a bit of Oxtail Soup but I often wonder what happens to the rest of the Ox?


I mean, what in God's name is an Ox?


As a nonvegetarian but somewhat understanding their cause..,


Can I imagine lots of Ox's running around from who knows where without any tails just to provide the world with our so delicious Oxtail Soup?
