Catch of the Day

I stood at Guelph Lake and witnessed the funniest thing

They sat on the edge of the shoreline, two old Russian men, with their fishing rods. They stood and stared to the nothingness that happened on the calm glass lake. Not a fish in sight. The one man drew his line and seaweed drags to the shore. Another disappointing catch. Reluctant to go home until they catch the catch of the day.
