A Sort-Of-Vegan

A Sort-Of-Vegan

A Poem by Cassidy Mask

I’m a sort of vegan.

Not because I like animals

But because I like vegetables...

But I’m only sort of a vegan

Because when I feel lonely

I tend to eat dairy....

But

The cheese has gone mouldy

The milk strangely sour

The ice cream’s past it’s sell by date

And the yoghurt’s oddly thick

Guess I’ll just have to stick with

Chocolate.

Blame it on the vegans.

Sort of vegans are great! You have to start somewhere. It's better to take the diet slowly at first but I definitely recommend going completely vegan. Whether for the animals or for your health!

I used to be a vegan, but I had a pair of fake fur boots I wore all the time so no one believed me... Oh the memories!

Love the poem!
