Speeding On Snow

Speeding On Snow

A Poem by Cassidy Mask

Speeding on snow

Was never the best of ideas

But you wouldn’t listen

When we said

You’d better play it safe

Now you’re lying

Like a snow angel

By the side of the road

And I don’t even have the heart

To say

I told you so.
