Narnia?

Narnia?

A Poem by Cassidy Mask

Now I swear

I didn’t step through any wardrobes

But

I’m looking around

And

This has got to be Narnia

What with the snow

The trees

And - did I just imagine it

Or - are those bells I hear

In the distance

Carried on the wind

With the powder snow

I follow the buried path

Through the muffled woods

And I’ve never felt so

Isolated

Pine trees

Tower over me

Blocking out the

Darkening sky

And I follow the fox tracks

That wind

Past me

In and out of thicket

And the whole time

I’m waiting for the moment

Mr Tumnus

Will appear.

Now I swear

I didn’t step

Through any wardrobes

But...
