Crazy Town

Crazy Town

A Poem by Cassidy Mask

We always said

We’d take a trip to

Crazy town.

See the sights,

Taste the madness.

I just never thought

You’d go alone.

Leave me standing

In the sanity

While you lost

Your mind.

Now I’m watching you

Tear up receipts

Into triangles

And I realise the truth

It’s always

Just a matter of time.
