Running (Hot) Water

Running (Hot) Water

A Poem by Cassidy Mask

Fill your mug

And drink to the sky

Second toast

(You: the apple to his eye)

I’m running water

(I’m freshly melted snow)

I’m running hot water

I’m waiting to let go.

I like this, don't add to it. It sorta makes complete sense at the same time it makes almost no sense...if that makes sense...I like the rhythm and the rhyme in this. Short and sweet, love it xx
