Lost in the void that life's become

I'll rage against all consequence

And do what is immoral to some-

Hell beckons, yet heaven awaits

 

Eager to please, eager to fall

I never shall tell a man no

Hoping that one I shall enthrall

Hell beckons, yet heaven awaits

 

The world stands still for one moment

I die a little death each night

As pure lust becomes a torrent

Hell beckons, yet heaven awaits

 

Living to seek, one day, the touch

That can wash away the others

I'm not sure why I sin so much

Hell beckons, yet heaven awaits

 

 

 

 

Author's Note

How many of us haven't ever gone through a time when we didn't care enough about our selves to hold our bodies sacred as the temples that they are?
