Possesed ByA Chapter by Constance
Possessed by a wild, free spirit She stands, unsure which road to take For he takes her heart and bends it Until she fears that it will break Like a blossom overladen by the rain It is filled, by him, to overflowing How she wonders at the power A man can have without knowing Just what he has caused to flower
Possesed by the loveliest rose He stands, still unsure what will be For now, his heart is sitting in repose As he fears the end of wild and free Like a bird in a cage, his soul singing It trills for her warmth and her touch And he wonders how, from the start A woman can mean so very much To one who tried to close his heart
