Time Ripped OpenA Poem by ConstanceAbstract, I know. Yea. If you don't get it, don't blame me. :-PAnd time ripped open like a yellow wax pepper and the words fell in lost somewhere in a sea of pale brown seeds- at least they weren't lost on you
A memory called to say I forgot to remember him and some verses poured into nowhere and everywhere all at once but at least they didn't get stuck
My tongue feels glued to the back of my hand forcing the pen to march on to infinity on to those places my eyes at least won't ever have to see
The pockets of my jeans are full of tossed thoughts little scraps, I will throw into the sea of nod in where the dark seeps at least as far as I can know
And time ripped open like a red ripe plum and my mind slipped in sliding it's way around... around that time I realized at least I'm not awake
