This is great, so often you read sad poems regarding love, it's nice to read something positive. Structurally I really like how you have managed to keep to the rhyme scheme without it sounding forced or contrived. I especially like the way you repeated the start at the end. I think this could be improved with formatting it into stanzas, adding commas and adding full stops where appropriate.
