she will take everything you own

she rose from her spot

like a liquidy gold

soaking up the light her makeup so bold

her ruby red lips parted to laugh

her voice was magic no louder than a gasp

it captivated him pulled him to her

she looked right past him into his thoughts

she saw what she wanted and knew how to get it

her beauty bewitched him he was willing to give it all

he offered his heart

she took it for play

he gave up his soul

she laughed in his face.

his heart in one hand his soul in the other

into the night she stole away.
