after a first love.

after a first love.

A Poem by brianna vega

i have this deep deep desire
to want my old love
to feel right in anothers arms
like i once felt with
you
no i dont want you back
but i want the passion
that burned my lips as we kissed ..
that left me sweating in my sheets hours after you had left
i miss the sheer joy of hearing your voice
and the way i felt safe as a child wrapped inside your ams
i miss the way your eyes made love with my body
gently and softly a secret exchange of glances that made me look away with a blush
i miss the way we could talk and talk and never exhaust
of words and ideas to share
the way we feell so magically and fast
such a perfect fit
like a novel it was unreal.
and now i must lay here at night longing for somthing to equal you.
can it be done?

I also wonder...and i feel the exact same as you whether its possible to feel that love again....i've only experienced THIS love once and its current. This piece is really good, i think it'll be very popular. Its realistic and genuine.

This is a sweet poem. Beautifully written, and with a clear message (finally! I can understand!). If this was an actual love, then you portrayed the desire perfectly, and if not, you still did anyway! Good job, I love this!
