once upon a time a girl ran towards the sun
she leaped mountains like hurtles
skipped over the lakes and chased that ball of flames
the world flew by in greens browns yellows reds oranges browns purple and blues
she kept her face towards the sky shoulders held up high
one day she caught the sun
but she had missed the world around her
