writers block

writers block

A Poem by brianna vega

writers block
woreds are flowing out but nothing feels right
cant find the gold
cant follow the rainbow
twisting thoughts in my mind
nothings making sense
pause baby pause
hold on to what is right
.............................................

so take a deep breath
feel the air on your tongue
the words
the magic in your finger tips
hear the music in the air
the splashing water in the kitchen
and friends laughter
in the other room
youve alienated your self but u dont care u dont feel right
uneasy
you hold back too much
you act out on false emotions
and when the real ones catch up you f*****g drown
i always talk in third person in my writings
i unno why
im looking at myself as if throiugh a lens
im not real

Amazing that you can create a poem... out of writer's block. Goes to show that when the block is in the way... walk along the edge and turn the corner...
