Silly Promises

This is a really short poem that I randomly wrote in two seconds about my boyfriend moving to Florida for college (Very far away from my location) while I still finish up high school....

I keep thinking.

What if you never come back?

Find a new girl, 

Wrap your arms around her like you used to with me, 

Tell her you’re in love and make silly promises like,

I’ll never leave.
