Quietly in the Bay

Quietly in the Bay

A Poem by Crimson_Woad

Quietly in the Bay

The wind blew quietly in the bay
where the sea gulls squawked and dolphin's played
the sun slowly rising to great us morn'
to tell us that a new day is born

ripples form across the calm salty water
making the reflection wither and faulter
the trees are many freshing the air
mind clearing from yesterday, as it shouldn't care
