A Quiet Bird

A Quiet Bird

A Poem by Crimson_Woad

A Quiet Bird

Nothing to bother them
Living life as they please
They must think little of us
As they flutter through the breeze

The pigeons in the attic room
They flutter overhead, unseen
Talking amongst themselves
Asking one another, where they'd been

They fill the world with harmony
Even in pain, they wish peace
  Aquiet bird, a quiet bird
Just wishing for peace
