One Way Train

I'm on a one way train
In the night, in the rain
I can't save myself from falling
Nor will it do any good calling

I got nothing left as I look back
This town is something I can lack
How it made my life distraught
Hating every single thought

Never loved this town
All it did is make me down
Who cares of my childhood
Not like the town would

Yet I feel sadness for this hole
Even though I feel it raped my soul
But the horizon is upon me
The darkness behind is all I see

Silent, yet a fitting end
As I turn back around the bend
All I can say is I hope the past
Will never ever last
