A Poem by Hiraeth
"

A poem

"
My lips are a barrier to a sick tongue,
Lies taste sweet, I can never get enough,
The truth is bitter, and It goes down tough,
My throat burns.

My thoughts take over the empty spaces,
And They find their way to the darkest places,
I can not even remember what today is, let alone what my name is,
Broken.

My hands are guns with heavy amnunition,
Locked tight in all the wrong decisions,
Tears blurring up my vision, my aim has got perfect precision,
Pull the trigger.

My heart is a steal cage,
That's rusted from all the rage,
It desires to disengage, who's to blame?
Love.
