Serpent's FleshA Poem by C_theSurrealistThink a thousand times before you trustO dear, I trust in the seconds to minutes, in every hour of the clock, In winning or lose, Going to the same path. O friend, I'm thankful A shadow in the sunshine, A sibling in a school, A spouse of our mentor, A company of gold arise, In the palace of knowledge. O mate, I helped My hands reserved for you, In catastrophes, I'll be a star, Giving light to your darkness, I am rainbow in your clouds, And be a sun to your skies. O fond? I seek for you. In an island, alone thinking Where are you? Found an old treasure, Staring to the rusty gold, Amiable but faded. Only one gazing in the night, In my dreams, searching for you. Tomorrow, I hope. but still you're a wind. O why? In a flash, you left. Trust plunged me. To the bones, to the spirit. Bleeding in the heart, O thee. Breaking my will, O thou From that, O devious friend, still undiscovered. A skin of a calm cat, A flesh of a serpent, Leaving me as an astute lion.
